RHIZATECH ® TM Contains spores, colonized root fragments, and other propagules of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (AMF) in a granular carrier. Mycorrhizal fungi are beneficial organisms that occur in association with plant roots in nature and enhance plant growth and vigour.

RHIZATECH ® TM formulation contains spores and mycelial fragments of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi at a concentration of 50 propagules per Cubic centimetre product. RHIZATECH ® TM is useful to a wide range of vegetables, cereals, herbs, horticultural and ornamental crops.

Mode of Action

The mycorrhizal fungi in RHIZATECH ® TM form a network of fungal hyphae around the feeder roots of the plants. Mycelial threads penetrate inward into the root cortex and across the soil around the roots thereby increasing the surface area for absorption and translocation of essential plant nutrients including Phosphorus, Nitrogen, Sulphur, Calcium, Zinc and copper.

Application

RHIZATECH ® TM may be applied directly into the soil or planting medium and incorporated just before planting. The granules may also be introduced into the planting hole followed by the seed.

Rates

It is recommended to apply RHIZATECH ® TM at a minimum volume of 60L per hectare.

Storage

Store RHIZATECH TM in a cool dry place. The product may be kept for up to 24 months when properly stored in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.
